Ok, to save me digging it out of the loft and having a look does the minispares right hand fuel tank have a vent pipe as per the standard left hand tank?
I need to order a new one (or two)

Yes the RH tank should have a vent too

The factory setup was to have the LH vent run along the underside of the rear parcel shelf and then go through the boot floor on the RH side. The opposite for the RH tank

This was because if you park your mini on a severe angle L/R when the tanks are full, the fuel will drain into the lower tank and out the vent if they don’t cross. That said, I’ve never had an issue with the vent going out the same side as the tank on my 850 with twin tanks

Yes, same as LH tank but I run the vent tube down the rear side (alongside the steel strap) and through the floor. I use a 1 way inline valve from a motorcycle to stop vapour escaping but allowing air to enter.
