Are there any knowledgeable people out there that know the SC Delta 400 kit?

I have one on my Mini, which was originally a carby model.

Has anyone had any luck setting up closed loop fuel control using a wideband sensor?

Or controlling an Idle Air Bypass Valve?

I have tried SC in the past regarding idle control but without much luck.  Their view being that idle control by changing ignition timing should be sufficient.

Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The ecu is not well regarded by anyone. Where do you live. Find the nearest Rolling road to yourself using the scs website which has a map of the trained operators for that ecu. Then take it there

Tbf i’ve managed fine without an iacv and used the ign timing for idle whilst its on cold start enrichment, used throughout winter and in the snow. When cold just needs a blip when coming to idle, no drama.
