I’m looking into using a ‘Mini Sport NAM5059QUICK’ quick rack on a custom spaceframe chassis build. I currently do not have any donor parts so I’m just trying to figure out some key components and their dimensions…

The car is RHD but will have the steering arms ahead of the kingpin axis, so I’m looking at running a LHD rack upside down.

I’d like to know the following dimensions/info if anyone has this to hand or a rack they can measure.

- Rack: 2.2 turns lock to lock
- Rack travel: ?
- Distance between track rod inboard pivots (ball centres): ?
- Distance between track rod threads (overall width): ?
- Pinion input shaft spline spec: ?
- Pinion input shaft offset from rack centre: ?
- Pinion offset from rack axis (side view): ?
- Body diameter at clamp location: ?
- Distance between clamp locations: ?

I’ve found some images of standard racks online with rough dimensions but I was hoping someone may be able to help here so I can do an initial assessment and avoid the hassle of buying and returning a rack if it’s no good!
