Hello, folks.
I have a set of original AEG177 rods with matching AEG145 caps, fitted with Hepolite +20 pistons. These were removed from an "S' engine that I bought years ago to rebuild but (at some expense) I found out that the block flange was damaged and the crank was past it. I am waiting to be able to measure the piston dish volume for maximum info. before advertising them but what do members think would be a realistic valuation? I have seen on-line valuations of up to £500 or so due to the rarity but I don't want to get flamed for over valuing them. Thanks as always.
