Hi there.
Can someone please tell me the part number for the thermostat for my car.
It is a 1991 cooper mainstream 1275
It has the sandwich plate PEM10036
With the 8mm screw in fan switch.
Pretty sure it is an 88 degree thermostat.
I have seen sites that say it should be GTS280 but have also seen GTS106 and GTS1106 listed and have seen a rover part number of 13H7604.
I am really confused.
Thanks for your help

I would suggest the GTS106, that's a 880 Thermostat. The engine would have originally been set up and tuned to run at that temperature. It may also come up under other part numbers.

Thanks. But why are there so many different part numbers for the same thing ? They are all 88 degree thermostats
