I know that on the older minis the voltage regulator is fitted to the back of the speedo but where is it on the 1989 models, is it behind the housing for the two dial binnacle? Would be interested to know before I attempt to remove the dash!

This is obviously a 3 dial set, but it's in the same location on the 2 dial set up
