Had similar problems with the fan belt and closeness of the rad to the pulley on my set up, also had to adjust the bottom rad bracket by making the holes elongate and an adjustment (read hit with hammer :proud: ) of the bottom of the cowl.

Oh, you meant the FreaK! :P
