Like i said its not an issue. Unless you think like that. There are ways and means. Dont say its not possible when it clearly is, this is missleading people. Any big bore block can be machined to 74mm. Unlike trying to machine an 850 block to 70.61mm
. Granted the likelyhood of your average punter boring a block to 74mm or more for that matter is slim due to the rarety of pistons. These points are why 73.5 is more popular. Theres 0.010" in it. Plus, where the problem area is, is below the rings so wont see any cylinder pressure. Sounds like you gave up on yours. They are real nice torquey motors
Like i said there ways and means. If you know it happens you can fix it before it actualy does Though if you do it right in the first place it wont happen
