Just started rebuilding my twin 1"1/4 HS2 carbs but I am having trouble with the spring that tensions the choke linkage to keep the choke closed . Any tips on doing this I know this sounds abit vague without a photo. The spring is on the right way and I can see where the spring has to go .

the springs for the butterfly (choke you are refuring too) connects to a plate, if you dont have this then you need need to make one, or buy one.

the twins have 3 springs 1 for each of the throttle boddies, and the third(middle one) for the accel linkage
