Complete flywheel (consisting of flywheel, clutch driven plate, pressure plate, clutch cover (diaphragm spring), driving straps (6 or 9), strap to flywheel screws and washers (3), diaphragm screws and washers(3), locktab set, clutch thrust plate and clip), flywheel locking key, flywheel bolt, crank locktab (not in the set AFAIK), clutch plunger, cluth release bearing, plunger adjusting nut and locknut, clutch release arm and clevis with washer and splitpin, clutch pushrod with clevis, washer and splitpin, slave cylinder with mounint bolts and washers, clutch hose, return spring with 2 retaining tabs, clutch release arm return stop screw and locknut, and possibly a new starter motor or swap the ring gear on the flywheel. Read the clutches FAQ, it's very helpful and has lots of pictures.

I *think* the advantage is that it can handle more power as standard......as for why, check out the aforementioned FAQ, i read it ages ago and remember it being very informative...if only my memory was half as good!
