I was removing the front indicator/side light housing bit fron the Elf , and thinking i knew what I was doing I took the bulb from the indicator hole and realised the wires were still attached to the car, making taking the thing off very hard(I didn't know about the plugs in the engine bay and that the wires were meant to come out with the unit)
Anyway, I pushed the wire through the back of the unit, where the bulb had come out of and tried to remove the little brown disk that was behind the metal contact, stopping it from falling out the back.
This broke in two. Which I guess isn't good because now the contact would just fall through the back of the unit.
Is this little disk the same on a mini indicator? If so does anybody have the wire, complete with little brown disk, or even the whole unit that I can take it out of?
It was only about a cm across, if that.
I just kinda need one for my indicators to work, which is useful when driving.
Thanks
