whne to parking/ turning very slowly im getting a very worring creaking sound from what sounds to be around the bottom half of the steering columb. when driving normally at road speed there is no noise but the steering feels vauge and loose? ive replace all swivel joints ,track rod ends and tie bars so im pretty sure the problem is not there.

could it be a worn rack?

How old is your car?

Could just be the steering column rubbing possibly. Just a guess tho

Dry ball joint... every time..

I'll take that back, as you seem to have replaced them already... but I would check :w00t:
