Right got a bit coming round the window screen and also round the front at the bottom of the lights, i can take the window screen out and sand it down and fill it all but the thing is about spraying the front end? urm i dont know what to do about that if i should give it ago my self or get some one else to do it. was also thinking about molding in the archs to the body work.

Any Advice :'(

Do a quick search on POR15... fantastic stuff for rust treatment.

There is also a painting guide above which is well worth reading..

As for moulding the arches to the body, they WILL crack over time..
and then it is a pain in the ass to fix..

On the flip side it can look good..

Have blended quite a few, but tend to advise not to, once it cracks it spoils the look of the car..

just my 2p worth

I sprayed the front end under the lights myself.
As it's not a large area like a flat door panel which can show a bad spray job, a bit of amateur spraying is good enough in my experience and blends in quiet well.

I had about an inch diameter rust hole on my scuttle under the screen so i knocked all the rust out with a screwdriver and sanded it all down to bare metal about 2 cm's around the hole, fixed some alu mesh underneath the whole and filled it in. and using the paint guide and some help from cooper shaz i have a brand new looking scuttle, it turned out so well im thinking of respraying the whole outside of the car eventually

just take your time and do a bit of research
