yes,
two types....sort of. 1 is the BMC designed one that looks like some weird gimp thing as it's black and rubbery with lots of bits hanging off it (avalivle from Mini Spares) then theres the classic "rubber glove" type, which is a rubber glove with the fingers cut off at the top. then placed over the dizzy with the leads coming out the finger.s
