One comment no one has thought of - Or Dared to voice !!
If it's really NO pressure then good hard pedal - Check the mechanical linkage. Theres an amount of free play which you can adjust with the clevis fork.
Now the scary bit !!
When I got mine I had similar symptoms. When I checked the pedal mechanism I found the clevis pin was missing and the pushrod was jamming up against the inside of the clevis fork If it popped out, no brakes !!!

Dunno, But I've had some rusty old spacer drums done, they've just freshened the insides off really... must be something like thou they've taken off.
