Im lookin to get a new head for my mini. i have a 96 1275 SPI whats the best head i can get? (that i can bolt on)

Im thinkin of gettin a Stage 3 from Mini Sport

And will any 1275 stage 3 head work on an injection car??

Let me ask one thing. What else have you done to the car. I mean a ported head will be choked if you got a stock manifold on.
Anything with bigger valves is always good as well as bigger ports. I believe morspeed are good. Do a search as their plenty of topics on the matters of cylinder head modifications.

Although for an SPI I could not say as I've not dealt with them before.
