That looks well now rob, Ready to race, shame your not, Didnt you get a carbon cast made to keep the weight down???

Just out of interest what is the ride height to the sill seam with the slicks on as i have them on mine now bu ti couldnt measure chris's as he has removed the seams.

I have a quick question too, where/how did you mount your interior mirror? i tried once with a terry clip.

i havent got an interior mirror as we have a bulkhead behind your head to cover the engine so i just use side mirrors

we probably wont be doing the mighty minis series as its just too much to cope with but all the BARC events will definatly be there with three cars and hopefully rob and mark will soon be out
weve another race kit going out next week and even a mini pickup being built(cant wait to see that flying round)
please feel free to come along for a chat and watch the racing its a total hoot mixing it with the big boys out there
we went testing at croft the other week,pulled into the pits and were surrounded by five porsche cup cars testing as well
when i lined up for our session the pit lane marshall said "do you want to let those porsches out first"
i said " i will keep an eye out for them and let them past out there"
we left the pits and 3 laps in the first of them crept past on the straight
he took 3 car lengths out of us in one lap then the second one crept past,took 3 car lengths out of us in one lap and so on until all 5 had passed me
i came into the pits and was happy with how the car was going but as its a race car test day you play with the car,we tweeked the springs and dropped the anti roll bar off
i went out again and took 6 seconds a lap off my time straight away my mate was jumping up and down when i came back in
never saw a porsche again all day ...... funny that
god i love this little mini i just laugh all the time im in it
cant wait till oulton park now

Quality! Porsche cups eh, you must have been flyin!
Can't wait to see your min in action, and i'm itching to start my R1 project now, might have to bring my cheque book to Oulton with me. lol.
