hi guys got an oil leak from the gearchange selector rod on the gearbox where can i get the seal and also is it a bugger to do
while im on the subget of the car i need 2 rear brake drum back plates where do i get these from and will the rear hub just pull of or will i need to change the bearing to

The gear selector rod seal comes in a kit along with a rubber banjo and an alloy spacer (which you probably won't need as most Minis already have one fitted).
It's not too difficult a job, but the hardest part is getting the roll pin out (with a roll pin punch or something similar) so you can disconnect the rod and replace the seal.
All the parts you need are available from Mini Spares.
