how do i get a picture to appear above my name. ive chaged my personal profile picture but it still dosent come up above my name when i make a post.

On settings, you have to go to 'change avatar' and either upload a pic from your computer, or submit a URL from photobucket or somewhere. The avatars have to be small... the settings page gives you the size.
