AP stands for Associated Products, they made alot of the mini's braking and clutch components, all mini's post 84 had AP 2 Pot calipers apart from the ERA Turbo which used the AP 4 Pot's from the MG Metro Turbo!! AP Racing (or APR) where originally a sub division and are now a completely different company which is based in America I believe

are "AP" still around then??
