hi i was wondering if someone could help me.. im trying to figure out what spring rate those coil spring that replace the rubber donuts are. ive searched around and could only find red, blue, soft, firmer. things like that dosen't really help. also i read that some people have 700lbs plus rates on their coil over up front and 400 on the rears isn't that kind of hard? please if someone could shine some light on this that would be great. thanks
