In practice, you need to fit coil over suspension as you no longer have the rubber cones ... if you are fitting rear coil overs, you may as well do the fronts at the same time.... and replace those tie bars for adjustable ones and those bottom arms for rose jointed ones..... whle you're at it, uprate all the bushes to poly ones... since you have the petrol tank out, why not fit that right hand tank you always wanted... and an electric fuel pump with a inertia switch and regulator in the engine bay which nw means you have enough fuel pressure to fit a Nitrous oxide kit.... which will require a digital progressive controller...... Once you have all this stuff fitted, you will want to take it to be proffesionally set up... here, they will tell you that the rear coils are fouling on the inner arches and the front subframe needs modifying to prevent it bottoming out... basically, all that stuff that you spent 2 weeks solid on working under the car with Flu while its snowing was for nothing as they need to remove it all anyway and charge you loads to do it... and then tell you that you have a piston ring gone so your engine needs rebuilding. then you tell your insurance company that you have just spent £2000 on suspension and engine upgrades and they say they won't insure nitrous and because you had the insurance for more than 6 months they cancel the policy without any rebate.... and you have to then find a policy which will cover it which is £250 on top of what you are already paying.
Keep the subframe.

I say de-bumper it I have been doing this to my trailer and i think that it looks really good, well you might as well, your already 1/4 or the way there by having the bumper ripped off lol.
so i draw a line from where the arches now finish and get rid of everything below it to make it look neater and aerodynamic... maybe get a diffuser from another car to clean the air up?

a official 360 diffuser would be a better depth and look much better
