torsion bar ( i know it no mini)

does anyone feel like explaining to me how to lower a car with a torsion bar??? i asked on a 106 forum but there thick chavs so i came back to my roots. :w00t:

Tis well easy as long as nothing's seized in place (which it could well be), I did it on an old 205 GTi of mine.

one thing I'd add though,

Don't go mad with it! Just lower it a tiny bit (liek 15mm or something). What car is it? A standard 106?
