Bit of a strange question this...

My full beam was not working on one side- failed MOT on this. Traced the fault to the connections on the bulb and fixed it- no problem.

But in doing so I ran down the battery, to the point where the car won't start.

Now the headlights still work dimly, but the indicators and sidelights won't come on at all.

I am charging the battery overnight but need to know- will the indicators and sidelights work when the battery is charged? Do they go first and the headlights still work when battery is low? Or is this a new problem?

Need to know as I should be taking it back for a restest tomorrow and need to make arrangements. No point in taking it if indicators won't work still in the morning.

Thanks

Well, the head lights will draw more from the battery, but i would expect the indicators to stop working long before the batery is low enough that the lights won't light, I think once the battery's charged you'll be fine.
