just noticed this evening that when i switch my lights on 2 of the 4 spotlight come on as well as the headlamps and when i go to flash or put full beam on the lights stay bright but the headlamps dim, this has never happened before, but last weekend i put a new steering wheel bush, i think since then the lights haven't been working properly but not 100% sure and suggestions are welcome thanks sean

Poss bad earth... Minis are known for it, give the wires a good clean under the slam panel
