1380 pistons

hi does anyone know if a 1380 supercharged A+ engine wil run any better with flat top pistons rather that dished because im in a bit of a pickle thatks

Depends what you want the compression ratio to be?!

as well as what other factors are determining the CR

but generally you dont want too high a CR for a forced induction engine

With a Normaly Aspirated 1380 you would be struggling to get the compression ratio down with flat top pistons, never mind supercharging it.

you could run short height flat tops down the bore to keep the CR down.
