Evenin' all,
Driving home from work today, about half a mile from home, from my nearside back wheel, (sounded like it was from there) I started to hear a tapping rattly sound, whenever the car accellerated/decellerated. I've tried to get it to do it on my driveway, by only using the clutch and a little revs, it does it occasionaly.
Anyone got an ideas?
Cheers, Tom
Oh i've checked the wheelnuts, looked underneath for debris etc, but everything seems to be ok.
Any ideas?

I've just had the wheel off, and taken a few stones out. Took it for a whip round the block with the window down and my head out trying to listen, and i couldnt hear it. Fingers crossed it was just a few stones, but it seemed to be too loud a noise for it to be that!!
Guess i'll find out on my 30mile drive in the moring in rush hour traffic

check all round too as car accoustics can be very deceiving.
