PIC 1 =

Pipes top left = breather and petrol pipe.
Pipe to right = heater pipe.

Pic 2 =

Petrol. Put a petrol feed (from pump) on the right pipe. As it will feed thro to the other carb. Then on the right hand pipe just connect direct to float with NO T-bit.

Incidently. I'll buy that T bit off you. My twins don't have a flow thro like on your left carb.

Basically as Big Adam said

Pic 1 Top left is fuel just below is a breather pipe (think you should find somewhere on twin carbs to connect this upto)

Other is the heater pipe going into and out of a heated inlet manifold, remove these and connect them together basically, you may new a new length of pipe.

Pic 2

To me it looks like somebody has put the float bowl lids on the wrong carbs as the one on the left has 2 connections and the one on the right has 1 connection

I would swap them over then the fuel pipe comes from down the bulkhead into the right float bowl then off the 2nd connection to the left float bowl and as Adam says you wont need the T piece in the fuel pipe

Hope that makes sense
