You can get an all steel A Series engine brand new iirc, new shell from heritage and all the other bits new and it would be the same I guess. There must have been quite a lot of other work on this to get it through the SVA though

yes you can get all parts new and build an a-series mini, you are allowed one recon-as new item!

mini mad- the firewall is an sva requirement

you can only have one recon item most people use engine (must be as new)
