It's Darren, he works for a major signwriter/vinyl cutter in Northern Ireland.
They do nice work, visit his site and check out the pages about his new roof decal. He made it all himself, top quality. Darren's page

don't know if this is the right point to post it, but as i just heard of the project for the first time i'll do so...
the naming of the event is a little too long especially if thinking of doing plates for this (as can easily be seen on toms example)...
explanation: the nürburgring is just the track (oldfashioned or traditional german name for tracks was 'ring') below the nürburg (which is a castle and gave its name also to a small town)
my suggestion for the plates at least would be to leave the word 'ring' apart, as in germany everyone thinks of the racetrack first when you talk of nürburg...
greets,
falk

not sure if we need to state on the plaque that it's gonna go back to london afterwards. trust that everybody guesses it if they see our reg plates...
well, i too have all the graphic tools on my pc and if it's okay i'll try to get my ideas to a more selfexplanatory form later this evening?!
@brawlyrox: to be honest: i'm not a member of any of the german clubs, but barnett and me are hardly working on the german forums with almost only positive feedback. posted the ad yesterday night in the other big miniforum in germany... let's see where it will go... a question at that point: we are organising our stay in terms of hotels etc only for the english, right? that would mean that the germans have to organize it on their own. even if i think that this is not the best point to make a positive impression on potential german parttakers, i just need to know to give them a chance to organize it...

WEll, if they would like us to book them a hotel im sure we could, i think just us english runners are going to take over a hotel on our own. If you have a chat with them maybe for the day we meet up we could book sumwhere that has 2 hotels nearby so we can eat drink be merry and stagger home...
