please help lol cant seem to find out how it comes off its holding me up now

It's been a while, but I believe all that's necessary is to undo the big nut shown on the left of your picture and then push the shaft over towards the right. There should be a large flanged head on the right end which is keyed to prevent the shaft from turning and/or pulling through when the nut is tightened.

any certain ways do i have to hit it the nuts of but still no joy

It'll be siezed into the bottom arm bushes, can be really hard to remove. Lots of release spray and leave a G-cramp wound up on it over night to keep the force on is the answer. It pulls through away from the nut, towards the large end.

so a good wack on the end with a sledge hammer should do it??
