wasn't it just, had lots of pretty pennies to spend, but couldn't get close enough to the stands to buy stuff!!!! went to buy a set of A032r's but each stand had either not taken any, or had only taken one set with them and sold them..bugger!!!!! :saywhat:

Snowdon minis had a 6 car convoy(only 2 minis) and we all agreed , there was less stuff than last year , and lots more people !
and whos bright idea was it to put trafic lights outside the gate ? 3/4 of an hour to do the last mile

Never underestimate the benefits of local knowledge, took a back road - no queuing for us

but i didnt do manys as it was too cold..

but what fun i had im my 4x4 getting out, almost got my self stuck because i was playing with the rear wheel drive lol, ended up putting it into 4x4 drive just to get my self out, thoses poor minis all stuck in.

the que to get in was nuts!!! seen turbo phill there, but that was it, didnt see anyone else..

got loads of bits ( see projects)

so now im home all is called is to get my new parts onto my mini....

Morning all, didn't spot anyone, but I think I was too busy foot dodging, flip it was a bit crowded. Came out about 1, to have lunch, but too cold to get the picnic out :sad: but went back in about 2.30, and it was much better. didn't win the mini :sad:

Thanks to Rich (and friends) and Daniel for joining the convoy from Rugby, made 7 minis and Astra, and I don't think anyone spotted the slight detour .

Well packed - but good to catch up with some old friends!! :grin:

Central arrived 'on mass', we were pushing our mate around in a wheelchair - apologies for anyone if they got scuffed ankles......we're not too good at steering!!! :erm:

We took the lift up to the balcony area and then took the wheelchair down the stairs on the other side...LOL!!!! Poor Lisa nearly fell out....nearly pml!!!!

i dont know what most of you guys look like - so only could say hi to Tipcat and Minimadjonesy - and might have spotted crazey laney in the distance with a jesters hat on..!?!?!?!

damnn that was busy!! so much stuff i wanted, but was just to crowded to get a decent speak to the stand owner!! and that que was huuuage!

managed to get a new number plate printed up, as i lost mine on the way to rugby!! and a show plate in black and white, looks ace! And a new exhaust manifold kit, so no more blowing!! oh and some engine stabiliser bushes! so didn't spend too much really considering!!

was cool meeting up with guessworks, daniel and bringing my mate along, convoys rock!

i thought it was a good day, got through far too much money though but got some bargains - like a walnut dash for £20
