ive painted em up, downloaded the templates and ready to go (well tomorrow anyway). oh that includes replacing both A panels too. so in order im guessing:

1. take doors off
2. remove A panels
3. apply new panels
4. apply templates
5. cut (with jigsaw or grinder? any recomendations?)
6. drill holes and slap on arches
7. replace doors
8. drive away

and somewhere amongst all that i suppose i'll have to paint the new A panels so it doesnt look a :P.
how longs it take to do all that?

if only it were that simple you forgot to mention all the extra welding you will need to do when you get the A panels off

1. buy genuine sportspacks otheres are a nightmare to fit right
2. dont forget to weld sum l brackets at end of wings/A panls where they meet to stop wings flexing.
and 3. we used an angle grinder with cuttin disk on to cut out arches worked fine.

HI Take off the arch, and then grind back all the rust, get some anti rust paint on there, then get a topcoat on as this will be more
waterpoof than just primer and then cover with waxoil/dinitrol, then cut in your new arches putting more waxoil/dinitrol on the fixings
to the bodywork hope this is of some help to you.J.D
