I suppose I should really have addressed the link to Jai.

I was only pointing out that they're cheaper than the ones he found.

Hoped that would be useful for anyone else thinking of buying some.

The ridiculed thing - Many people, including myself, find cars with lights under them serving no practical purpose a bit ridiculous. As you've said yourself "each to their own", at least they're nothing compared to the morons who drive about at all hours damaging their hearing with audio systems powerful enough to vibrate the bodywork of their tinny cars and annoying the likes of me who have to put up with their antisocial behaviour even from inside our own homes.

Good idea that under the dash!
Looks really good in your mini ImagoX! Handy having a light in the boot and engine bay as well.

I'd go for the LED's in the cabin personally, as they are flexible and can be directed. and have the tubes in the boot and possibly the engine bay.
May have to have a go myself when the mini is near completion >_<

Hi,

Is it possible to cut the thin led strips into pieces so they fit in the dashboard gauges from a 1999 MPI (cluster with the speedo, rev counter, water temp and the 3 small gauges: volt, oiltemp and clock) and connect them to the million colour LED controller. Any other suggestions are welcome :)

This because I want to add the million colour thin leds in my interior (foot wells) and also upgrade the lights from the gauges, so they can change colours simultaneously.

Thanks in advance! :D
