Hey
Ive tried serching but cannot seem to find anything. Ive got hi los fitting on my mini, just want to no how to adjust them to make them lower, do i just need a large adjustable spanner and turn the large bolt. also which way do i need to turn it.

Yea just a big spanner or similar, then turn it whatever way that make it go lower lol

to make it lower you need to make the "trumpets" shorter. to do this you have to wind the threaded part "into" the metal cone part.
so as with most threads, you need to turn it clockwise if looking from the front of the car (rear suspension that is).
there should be a second large "nut" on there to lock everything up tight.
and a good tip for getting them level side to side is to measure the exposed thread area.

is it the new type with the nuts or the original type with the long alen key ?

There the ones with the large nut on them. Will give the a look tomorrow cause need to do a bit of welding.
