Evening,

Well my large bulky frame has finally semi-damaged El Gordo.

I've broken a seat!

It's from putting all my weight on one hand then stretching across the car to get things out the door pocket. So now the back of my chairs gone funny.

So! Can I put my right front seat on the left and the left on the right with no trouble?

A random question I know.

The back rest adjusting lever and more importantly the seat tilt release will be on the wrong side and may end up fouling the tunnel or handbrake. Other than that however there is no problem. Try it, it's only a couple of bolts each.

Aye good point, I'll do that tommrow then if the weathers a bit nicer.

Solve all the problems of people spending 10mins going "How do I get the seat to lift" then pulling the backrest handle.

Good point Mr Bungle. That will also mean that the seats are not MOT friendly. It's a short term fix I'd say Adam and don't drive with anyone in the back like this. Earlier Minis without latching seats wouldn't have this issue at all.

Blahaha, passengers. Why would I do something like carry more than one other person. Slows you down too much.
