its not the radius arms on the rear then?
jack the rear up and wobble the wheel all over if it moves a lot or at all then theres a problem!
ive gots the avo dampers, not reccomended for rallying, more track as they are so stiff!

The rear subby is only bent at the back so I didnt think that would effect the steering.
Any serious bend in the rear crossmember of the subframe will either pull the two sides in towards each other or tear or buckle the welds where the crossmember is fitted which will allow the whole frame to loose some strength. In either case it's going to move the radius arms, increasing toe-out.

who does your suspension setups? - would assume if you do motorsport you have your camber, castor and alignment done?? - they should be able to pin point whats up..
i'm wondering if the tie rod mount has been pulled back - this will muller your castor and make it drive like a soggy nappy.
i used to reinforce this 'ear' on the rallycross cars, not allowed to do that though on the mighties.. :s
I think Ill check that too.
Its driving really badly. I think a bit of a re-build is needed!
Ill get a new subby on and all my new suspenstion. I dont think im going to be able to a rally for a while.
