Trial fit of the T34 turbo and bugger the gearbox gets in the way of the inlet
So remove it gently
With that sorted its time to start making a complicated downpipe

Well we got some results today, we where not chasing BHP just looking to see the power delivery move further up the rev range
At 1.5 bar on the T34 we managed an extra 10bhp but more importantly an extra 50ftlbs of torque and a more progressive curve

Engine rebuild, new compression ratio, more head work, different cam, new ignition and possibly fuel injection which ever it will have new manifolds and plenum re-design and then the new T34 turbo will be pushed to the limit
I'd like to have this done for Combe but I might require a time machine with all the other work I have on

After killing the Gooon on track at Miniworld action day its time to say good bye to old faithful
Old faithful removed
Big hole left behind
Planned changes for the car are
T16 engine, plan is to max out our T34 turbo
Rebuild gearbox with Gripper diff
Relocate the brake pedal box to inside cockpit
Front discs replaced for bells and rotors
Rear disc brake conversion
Rebuild shocks
Replace rear springs
Corner weight the car and tweak suspension a little more
New fuel cell and swirl pot
Changes to roll cage to stiffen chassis
Carbon bonnet
Polycarb the boot window
New look, graphics and paint
Old faithful removed
Big hole left behind
