That reminds me of a Friday night at a night club called the "Mayfair" in Newcastle (sadly long since gone to make way for a "trendy" yuppie type bar and cr*p). Was always a good night , mostly heavy metal / heavy rock stuff - used to hang about on the upstairs balcony area, just behind the speakers (with all the stoners and the goths chilling out in a dark area - don't remember how I used to get home....think I flew most of the way......possibly on the back of a giant bat.......or maybe I walked, I dunno.)
The odd group of charvers would walk in looking for cheap booze, and usually wondering WHY the bouncers were laghing at them (more than usual amount), and asking " Are you sure your ready for this?". You know that scene in the film Blade - the bit with the "blood rave" - with the victim / light snack wandering round slowly getting more nervous and then the look of shear horror as he quickly realises what he just walked into?........THAT is what the charvers looked like just before they started edging towards the door in fear. Always a good laugh!

Huh?...oh, yeah anyway, I once knew a vampire - as in really drinks blood ! - she was serious GOTH, but damn cool. She had a special ring with a small needle built inside the stone......Had to turn down her offer of drinking my blood - it sounded good at the time (as in "WA-HOOO....OHH YEAY !") - for about 2 seconds until what she just offered, sunk into my mind.
I'm not actually put-off by the concept........Just where / what she wanted to drink FROM - Just the thought of it made my eyes water!
Thank god for garlic underpants!I like goth girls, usually get on great with them - prolly helps that I wear a lot of black and lean towards the dark side. Would explain why I'm posting this at 04:15 in the morning - gota avoid that natural light!
