wo0o0o0o0ow i love black minis, talk about shiny, if you polish it much more there will be no paint left! :nugget:
really nice mini you have there, if you dont mind me asking how much was the paint jobby and where did it get done? FAB MINI!

The paints nothing special, It's absolute base black with 3 coats of laquer and buffed. The shine come from the constant elbow grease i put in to keep it shiny!

I managed to Break my 1275 box So i have Purchased my new Straight cut gearbox with a 4 Pin Diff and a a 5 arm Scintered clutch plate

Still no pics...

Took her to Malvern Mini Show last weekend and got a few new shiny bits for after the winter. (Salt, rain and snow don't do chrome any favours...lol)

I also purchased new tyres at the show...

I had a nightmare trying to get anywhere to even attempt to fit the tires to my wheels.

After visiting 5 diffrent tyre specialists i managed to find one who made me leave my car with them for the day.

£70 and 5 hours later i had a car with 4 new tyres.

They look good though :grin:
