Driving it would be considered dangerous if the driving ot the condition the vehicle was in fell far beneath the standards of a competent and careful driver (judging by the comments I think this point is proved).
Of course if someone 9other than the driver) were to die as a result of this vehicles presence on the road thent eh charge would be Death by dangerous Driving (Again this would be due to the condition of teh car and/or the driving). If that was the case Do not pass go do not collect £200 adn spend the next 7 -10 years thinking what else you should not stick on you car.

Spark plug fixed to a bonnet, leathal... i say go for it.. kent be any worse then f*ckin mercs things can it.. and if you get pulles over.. unscew it!!
Mercades 'Silver Arrow' fixed to the bonnet, Non-Lethal. Because it collapses!
so if you mount the said plug on a spring it should be ok ??
better still mount it with electrode facing up and wire it to a coil and have it sparking at night...... maybe not

omg, both of your comments actually made me laugh...I still don't see the point.. unless you are planning on doing a few hit n' runs.
Just imagine.. your bonnet gets stuck and your putting loads of force into getting it open, boom, it springs open. normally you would have a big bump on your head (i know from experience), this time you'd be going to a hospital with a spark plug stuck hanging out of your eye! Very clever
Or, just think about that little kid that steps out in front of you (that just happens to be the exact same head height as your little spark plug) your then left with a little kid hanging off your bonnet with a lot of blood and not much crying. Again, very clever.
