Quick Question, Does the White roof of a cooper have a Clear coat?

Anyone know? Sorry to bump this up but im gonna be doing the clear coat tommorow and need to know whether to undercover the roof or not.

it depends what paint you use dude!... if you're using a basecoat (colour) and a laquer... then yes it will need a laquer or it wont shine!

If you're using 1k acrylic/synthetic... then no... the finish is straight from the gun

if you're using Celly... then again, no laquer but plenty of flatting back and buffing afterwards to get it shiny.
