each to their own. To be honest i usually take a blow torch to anything i cant undo, but im not gonna reccomend that to someone who i dont no :(

It's the same as any other bolt!!! Turn it to the left to loosen it

Plusgas (is great) or WD40 will do absolutely nothing on this.

rustflash is what you need. safer than a hot spanner (blowtorch) and works best on studs. also coolsyour can of beer down in a few seconds.
