had a search but cant really find exactly what i need,
brought a mini with rear adjustrable coilovers, GAZ(i think) with a circular knob thats got + and - on it basically previos threads have said 4 clicks 8 clicks,
but where do u start from turn it right down to - or right down to +? and start from there?

start wherever you like, + is stiffer - is softer

id go for full - so the arches dont collapse, (speaking form experience here!!!!)

yeh i can adjust by hand with car on ground, will give it a go tomorrow!
should the bottom of both shocks sit the same, or will it lower down as i adjust?
because one is sitting higher up than other!
one sits just in line with bottom of floor and the other about half an inch!
(if you get what i mean?)

these adjustments dont affect ride height,

they affect how much force is needed to compress the coilovers.

unless one side is at max + and the iother side max - there may be another problem with the setup thats affecting ride height.....

got avos on the rally car, havnt fiddled with mine, but on my friends rally car they were on hardest setting and well going over the ground at MITP was very still even with all that mud.

was setting them up outside the rallycross on the weekend and easy to do doesnt take long to whack off the wheels and fiddle and can then make sure the clicks are the same easier

yeh i think that one side might be a little too close to the inner arch? as it is a bit tight to fit these, (they were on there when i brought the car!) damn will have to have a look at it closer!
thanks for all your input!
