Basically I've just found out that the silly pillock who installed my immobiliser has done so by routing the big bundle of wires THROUGH the actual heater. So it's that that's been stopping me from sliding it over to 'Car'
and it's that that will potentially cause the car to catch fire, apparently.Anyway I was wondering, has anyone ever encountered anything like this before and have you sorted it out, and what did you do?
It'll be so easy just to chop the wires one by one, feed them back to where they should be and crimp them together but that's making a shoddy job of it really. I'd much rather trace them all back to where they originate, is this easy enough, what sort of timespan am I looking at to do this?
