problemo with my gearbox i believe but what would cause it??
situation as follows:
when i was coming home from work today in traffic when the engine was cold driving in 2nd gear quite low in the rev range, slowing down put it into 1st gear, release the clutch hear what sounded like a rattle as tho somthing was dragging on a gear perhaps, didnt feel any different tho and was only there for about 3 seconds and then went away
once i had been down the coventry bypass slowdown before a roundabout decided to check if it was going to do it again, and nothing this was when the engine had warmed up to normal-ish temp

think it might be time for an engine overhaul definatly needs new seals and gasket as it does leak like crazy however i did top it up the other day so oil level should be up about normal level
doesnt like going into 2nd gear and clutch slips when its hot

well im thinking or fiddling with the engine just a lil anyway slight over bore the engine, new clutch kit n gearbox inc a centre oil pipe
