will any mini subframe fit in a clubman, front +rear

Clubman is no different to a saloon, the pre / post 76 issue still applies.

does it make a difference if the subframe is off a 93 cooper inj

1 more thing, can i use the loom from any mk mini or does it have to be from a clubman

The only loom difference on a clubman I can think of would the be Headlamp arrangements

An injection subframe would fit if the clubby has the same post 76 big bolt mountings, the engine might sit a little further forwards.

A later loom would fit but would need a few modifications:

A late carburettor model with the same instruments and column swithes as the clubman would be the easiest option. Sorting the sidelights would be easy enough but you may have to adapt the starter/solenoid and ignition connections too and, of course, use the later fusebox and any relays.
