Grind off the couple of welds at the top and the you need to unfold the edges of the skin right around.
that's how i did one of mine anyway...

Unfolding the edge is one method but it can be a bit tricky. Remember that you won't be using the old skin so there's no reason to be gentle to it. An alternative is to take an angle grinder and work your way slowly around the edge of the door grinding away the skin at the fold. Eventually it will be paper thin and you will more easily be able to pry it off. There will be tack welds or brazes near the window opening and you can cut those with a cut-off wheel on a die grinder or similar then dress the weld/braze down flat with a flap wheel on your angle grinder.

I used to do alot of this and grinding is by far the better way, however, its best to use a flexable grinding disk, the sort that needs a backing disk,as you grind around the edge keep your eyes on the bit you are grinding and when it turns blue thats enough.you will get to a point when you move at the correct speed leaving a blue trail and then peel the skin off.
obviously, you keep your eyes on it with GOGGLES ON
