Lol, looking good, im not sure on the wheels they give it a horrible look, go for some nice deep dish 13's, and are you going to give it a spray job?

Fronts will be skinny 12's, rears will be some deep (possibly banded?) 15's - steelies of course, might look into getting them chromed in the future, but just red for now

lol, and after the amount of welding + new panels it needs, I don't think it's going to be possible to avoid a respray :goaway: Black roof, with Nightfire red bodywork. All pinstriping will be done by hand, not transfers - I've been practising

I'm thinking of 12x6 on the front, and 15x10 on the rear...with some rather large walls to boot :D

And you have to remember, I'm styling it more on this type of hotrod, rather than the "discovery channel" type of hotrods that you always see on telly

even down to the chassis rails poking out the front! :dontgetit:

lol, well if you want to help me with my £7k of debt, I can get going MUCH faster :D

Plus, I'd rather spend 3 years designing it, and get it pretty damned close on the first time round - than just rush into it, and waste lots of time+money, after I find out that certain ideas simply wont work (ie: RWD, front engined, with a standard front!)

Also, one more pic I've got, is one which has a stance VERY similar to how I'm hoping mine will finish at

albeit, with a much longer front :D

Bungle, how could you tell? hehe

PoLonY, whilst it may not be to everyone's tastes, and it may not even really be a mini once I'm done with it, at the end of it, I'll have built a hotrod, based on a car I love, and it also means, the little cooper I loved so much, will still live on.

And Matt, that's what you get for living with a sponge of a gf, who doesnt work, refuses to get any job, but still wants the best of everything - then whinges at me, when I say we can't afford certain things!

Just REALLY grateful that she's out of my life forever now! :D

Also, finalised the drafts for the chassis design, and hopefully by tomorrow, I should have a rough quote on how much it would cost to get one made up

and yes, it's going to be over 13 foot long..........
