Just insured the mini for 3 weeks, cost £48.30 fully comp. Better then £15 a day for the hired corsa.

Been using my phone camera on low quality because i dont want to delete some pictures off my memory card. And its always poor lighting in the workshop. Will get some better photos soon.

Ive got problems with the exhaust/manifold clamp and am going to replace it with a LCB system after mucho hard work and swearing today.

LCB, inlet manifold, Y piece and Link pipe to cat fitted.

had to modify the inlet manifold as the flange was too think and the nuts/washers wouldnt hold the exhaust manifold properly.

Its all on and sorted, need to look at fueling and ign timing really, but it runs for now.

Needs polishing yet, but i need to drive the car for work (while my ibiza is been crash damage repaired)

We polished the roof for hours on my friends mini one day and found that if you drive at just the right angle you can blind people on the pavement with the suns reflection. lol, (i get bored on my days off work lol). I gotta walk verywhere at the mo, minis in the garage being rebuilt and some little f!"£$r broke into my car the other day and knicked my cd's, head unit and out of spite my tax disc which expires in three weeks anyway!! grrrr

I am going to machine polish it to a mirror finish. will look swanky for next summer.
